Shontelle Layne, better known by her stage name Shontelle is a Bajan singer/songwriter and rapper from Saint James, Barbados. She is popular in the Caribbean for her hit Colours, released in 2005. Shontelle was recently signed to Syndicated Rhythm Productions/Universal Motown Records. The SRP label is run by the duo of Carl Sturken and Evan Rogers.
