Maximus Dan - Fighter

Maximus Dan, also known as Edghill Thomas is from Carenage, Trinidad and Tobago. He is a Soca and Dancehall artist. He has worked with Jamaican producer Danny Browne from 1997 until 2000 where he mainly recorded dancehall influenced music. Maximus Dan has now moved on to record more Soca influced music and has also developed his own blend of the two styles. His biggest hit to date has been the song “Fighter” which was made for the Soca Warriors (the Trinidad and Tobago national football team) in 2006. “Fighter” became the rallying song for the first ever appearnace by the team in the finals of the World Cup of Football in Germany.
